We ship every ZIPIO order from our US warehouse and work hard to get your compression socks to you quickly, safely, and at a fair price. Here is everything you need to know before your order ships.
Delivery times
- US Standard: 3-7 business days
- US Express: 2-3 business days
- International: 7-14 business days
Shipping costs
- Free shipping on all US orders of $50 or more
- Flat rate of $6.99 on US orders under $50
- International shipping is calculated at checkout based on your destination
Order processing
Orders are processed and shipped within 1-2 business days (Monday to Friday). Orders placed on weekends or US holidays are shipped the next business day.
Tracking
As soon as your order ships, we email you a tracking number so you can follow your package door to door. You can also check the status of your order any time on our Track Your Order page.
International orders
International customers may be charged customs duties, taxes, or import fees on delivery. These charges are set by your local customs office and are not included in your ZIPIO order total.
Address changes
If you need to update your shipping address, please contact us at support@zipio.com as soon as possible. Once your order has shipped, we are unable to reroute the package.
